we are a community of voluntary collaborators from all walks of life, united by a shared mission: to empower people to support their own mental health. we recognise there’s no one size fits all when it comes to managing your mental wellbeing; every brain is different, and that’s to be celebrated
we’ve all been there; stressed, anxious, feeling low, becoming overloaded by everything that life throws our way. and what’s the first step we take? looking online for support, wading through page after page offering different advice, and further avenues to venture down for resources. this can be overwhelming, and let’s face it, the last thing you need when the storm hits
Experiencing these struggles ourselves, we had an idea: wouldn’t it be great if we could house different mental wellbeing tips, tricks, guides, all in one place? And hey presto, sidekick was born!
our aim is to help you help yourself, without all the preaching! sidekick is a completely free app that is home to a growing collection of interactive exercises, tools, and tips to help boost your mental wellbeing. try out exercises, save your favourites, and create your own fully personalised wellbeing toolkit. next time you feel overwhelmed and need a helping hand, you know everything you need is in your toolkit, right where you left it
the app is run by our community, for our community. we’re always looking for new people to join the team; whether you’re a health professional, charity, start-up, mentor, or simply share our beliefs, everyone is welcome – and everyone can help
